KPO ledger

The KPO ledger (the income ledger for flat-rate taxpayers — Knjiga o ostvarenom prometu) is not kept by hand in duplo — it is compiled automatically from issued invoices.

Switching it on

Settings → Company → the “Flat-rate taxpayer — the KPO ledger is kept” toggle. Once it is on, KPO ledger appears in the menu.

How it is filled

• Every issued invoice enters as a ledger entry, chronologically.
• Credit notes reduce the turnover (an entry with a minus).
• The columns „od prodaje proizvoda“ (from the sale of products) and „od izvršenih usluga“ (from services performed) are filled by the line item type (product/service from the item list; a free-text entry counts as a service).

PDF form

The PDF button gives the ledger in the prescribed form — ready for printing or sending to your accountant.
