Subscription and payment

Plans
duplo has three plans for companies, by the scope of work: Sveska (9 € a month billed annually / 10 € with monthly billing; 1 user) — invoicing, sending to SEF (the national e-invoicing system) and the KPO ledger; Knjiga (15/17 €; 2 users) — plus received e-invoices, bank statements and e-delivery notes; Kancelarija (23/25 €; 3 users) — all features, including inventory and work orders. For accountants and agencies there is Biro (30/34 €; 3 users) — Kancelarija + Accounting for your own company and your clients’ companies under the same subscription at 1 € a month each (see The Biro plan). The difference is in the modules, never in quantity — everything in a plan is unlimited. You choose the plan when signing up, and change it yourself on the Subscription page (see “Changing plans” below).
Trial
The first 30 days are free, with no card entered, with the features of the chosen plan. Reminders arrive by email before it ends.
How you pay
On the Subscription page the company owner chooses annual or monthly billing at the price of their plan — prices exclude VAT, and billing is in dinars at the NBS (National Bank of Serbia) middle rate on the day the proforma invoice is issued.
- You choose the period → a proforma invoice arrives by email.
- You pay the proforma invoice from the company’s account (an ordinary bank transfer).
- Once the payment is recorded, an invoice arrives and the subscription is active.
If you pay during the trial, the paid period starts only when the trial ends — not a single day is lost. Exception: if during the trial you buy a different plan (not the one you are trying), the trial ends and the paid period starts as soon as the payment is recorded.
Changing plans
The company owner changes the plan on the Subscription page, in the “Change plan” section. Data and documents always remain saved — only which modules are unlocked changes.
- Switching to a bigger plan (with an active subscription): a prorated charge proforma invoice is issued — the pro rata price difference for the remaining days of the paid period (the monthly price is divided by 30, the annual by 365 days). Once the payment is recorded the plan applies immediately, and the expiry date does not change; the next renewal is charged at the new plan’s price.
- Switching to a smaller plan: nothing is paid and nothing is refunded — until expiry you use the full scope of the paid plan, and the smaller plan applies from the expiry date. The change is scheduled and until expiry you can cancel it with one click; the renewal is then offered at the smaller plan’s price. Modules outside the smaller plan are locked, but all data is kept and unlocked by returning to a bigger plan.
- During the trial you change the plan by buying the plan you want (there are no prorated charges in the trial).
- Biro is offered from Kancelarija; from Biro to a smaller plan only once you have no client or linked companies.
While a proforma invoice is awaiting payment, changing plans is paused — pay or cancel the open proforma invoice first. A cancelled subscription is reactivated first, and only then is the plan changed.
Additional user seats
On the Knjiga, Kancelarija and Biro plans the company owner can buy additional user seats — 5 € a month per seat (60 € a year with annual billing). On the Sveska plan seats cannot be bought (a plan for one user — for a team switch to a bigger plan).
- Buying mid-period: on the Subscription → Add-ons page, “User seats” section → “Buy more seats”. You pay only the pro rata share for the remaining days of the period (you see the calculation before confirming), the seat applies as soon as the payment is recorded, and the expiry date does not change. From the next renewal the seats are part of the full subscription price.
- Renewal: the renewal proforma invoice automatically includes the additional seats; at renewal you can also choose a smaller or larger number. A reduction is chosen precisely at renewal — with no refund for the current period; if you have more members than seats, first remove the surplus in the Team section (nobody is removed automatically).
- During the trial seats cannot be bought — buy a plan first, then buy seats as soon as the payment is recorded.
The Accounting add-on
On the Knjiga and Kancelarija plans the Accounting add-on (beta) can be enabled — 8 € a month with annual, 9 € with monthly billing: chart of accounts, automatic journal entries, partner ledger and statements of open items (IOS), the books (trial balance, general ledger, journal), financial statements and year-end closing; it is included in the Biro plan. You start the 30-day trial (once per company) on the Subscription → Add-ons page; it is charged on the same proforma invoice as the subscription (a checkbox when buying or renewing, or a prorated charge mid-period), and switched off with the checkbox at renewal. Details: The Accounting add-on.
On the Biro plan Accounting is part of the plan — there is no add-on and no add-on trial, neither for the parent company nor for client companies.
Client companies (Biro)
Accountants and agencies run their clients’ companies under one subscription at 1 € a month per company (0,5 € from the 21st company): you choose the number of companies (slots) at purchase and renewal, buy more mid-period pro rata, and open and link companies on the Subscription → Clients page. Details, rules and who may do what: The Biro plan — client companies. For companies (not accountants) an additional organisation does not exist as an add-on — you open a second company of your own by signing up with a separate account.
Expiry and grace period
After the paid period expires there is a 7-day grace period (a payment can take time to arrive). If the subscription expires, existing documents can still be viewed and downloaded — only new ones cannot be issued until the subscription is renewed.
Cancellation
A cancellation takes effect from the end of the paid period — until then the programme works as normal, and reactivation is possible at any time.
