Accounting add-on
Updated 10/10/2026
The screens of this module are currently only in Serbian (the owner’s decision for v1). Labels below are shown in Serbian with the English meaning in brackets.
Accounting is a paid add-on to the Knjiga and Kancelarija plans (included in the Biro plan) that builds a bookkeeping layer over the documents you already keep in the programme: a chart of accounts, automatic journal entries, a partner ledger with open items and a statement of open items (IOS). It answers the question your accountant can otherwise only answer at the end of the month — how much a customer owes you and how much you owe a supplier — exactly at the moment you look.
The add-on is under construction (beta): modules arrive one by one and what exists works, but expect frequent changes and additions. You can see the list of what the add-on contains on the Subscription → Add-ons page and on the module’s home page.
Who sees it
The module is opened by the super admin, administrator and accountant (a team member with the Accountant role). Members and field technicians do not see it. If your accountant is external, invite them to the team with the Accountant role — they see the ledgers and journal entries in the same programme in which you issue invoices, with no files to send.
Trial
On the Subscription → Add-ons page click “Try it free for 30 days” and confirm in the dialog. The trial lasts 30 days from that moment and can be used only once per company — that is why the button asks for confirmation. On starting it, the programme immediately posts the company’s history (issued invoices, approved received invoices and imported bank statements), so the partner ledgers do not start empty.
The add-on trial is independent of the plan’s trial period, but it cannot be started while the subscription has expired or been cancelled. Three days before the end a reminder arrives by email. When it expires, the module is locked; the journal entries and data remain and become visible again as soon as the add-on is switched on.
Price and payment
8 € a month billed annually, 9 € a month with monthly billing (excluding VAT, in the RSD equivalent, like the subscription). The add-on is charged with the subscription, on the same proforma invoice — there is no separate invoice.
- When buying or renewing a plan: in the dialog on the Subscription page tick “Accounting add-on” — the proforma invoice includes it, and the add-on is switched on once the payment is recorded.
- In the middle of a paid period: on the Subscription → Add-ons page click “Enable with your subscription”. You pay only the prorated share for the remaining days of the period (you see the calculation before confirming); from the next renewal it is included in the full price.
- Switching it off is a tick box at the next renewal — until the end of the paid period it works in full, with no refund for the current period.
On the Sveska plan the add-on is not available; switching to Sveska with the add-on active is not possible until the add-on is switched off.
What is inside
- Chart of accounts — the system chart of accounts, your sub-accounts and the automatic accounts.
- Automatic journal entries — entries from issued invoices, received invoices and bank statements; manual entry, correction and reversal.
- For review — the accountant’s workflow: unreviewed entries, transactions to allocate, documents that have not been posted.
- Partner ledger — balances, the ledger by account, open items and partner opening balances.
- IOS — the statement of open items as at a date, PDF and sending by email.
- Books — trial balance, general ledger, account ledger and journal for a period, with PDF output.
- Financial statements — balance sheet, income statement and statistical report in the APR (Business Registers Agency) format, PDF to copy over.
- Year-end closing — exchange differences at 31 December, closing entries for classes 5 and 6, closing the year and opening the next.
Importing PDF bank statements from any bank is part of the plan (see Bank statements) and the input for bookkeeping.
What does not work yet
XML for import into the APR application (the APR does not publish a schema — the forms are PDFs to copy over), the Notes to the financial statements, the tax balance sheet (PB 1 / PB 2) and tax returns, the statements of other comprehensive income, of changes in equity and of cash flows. (Supplier invoices outside SEF, the national e-invoicing system, are entered manually on the Received invoices page, and the VAT overview and records are part of the plan, not of the add-on; the VAT return entry is posted from the add-on.) Until then your accountant does those in their own programme and uses the ledgers, trial balance and journal entries from every module in duplo as a live check.
