Accounting
For review
Updated 16/09/2026
The screens of this module are currently only in Serbian (the owner’s decision for v1). Labels below are shown in Serbian with the English meaning in brackets.
Since journal entries take effect immediately, the accountant needs one place to see what the programme did without them. That is the Accounting → For review page, with three lists.
Nepregledani nalozi (Unreviewed entries)
All automatic entries that nobody has opened yet, newest first. Reviewing is the confirmation “I have seen it, it is fine”: the „Pregledano“ (Reviewed) button next to an entry, „Pregledano — prikazani“ (Reviewed — shown) for the whole page or „Sve pregledano“ (All reviewed). The mark does not change the entry, it only removes it from the list; the review date stays recorded on the entry. An entry that is not right is corrected with the „Ispravi“ (Correct) button on its page (reversal + new entry), on the source document (the entry is re-posted by itself) or by changing the automatic account for the future.
Za raspored (To allocate)
Transactions from bank statements that the programme could not link to an invoice or to bank charges sit on the suspense account. When you match them with an invoice on the Bank statements page, the entry is re-posted and the item disappears from the list. The programme recognises bank charges by the transaction description; a transaction you have merely marked as ignored on the statement stays on the suspense account and carries the label „ignorisana u uparivanju“ (ignored in matching) in the list. Allocation to another account is done with the „Ispravi“ button on the transaction’s own entry (or with a manual entry: debit expense / credit suspense account). Payments against invoices from partner opening balances are matched on the Bank statements page like all the others.
Nije proknjiženo (Not posted)
Issued documents, approved received invoices and their cash payments, customs debt assessments (imports) and payments through a freight forwarder, bank statement transactions and closed runs (payroll, other personal income, depreciation, travel orders, inventory adjustments and stocktakes) without an entry — the only trace that posting did not go through. The most common causes: a foreign-currency document without an NBS (National Bank of Serbia) rate for the day, and the posting of history interrupted after a few seconds when the add-on was switched on; more rarely a temporary error. A stocktake or adjustment of an item that had no valuation (average cost) at that moment is an opening balance, not a difference against the books — it is not posted and is not on the list; the accountant enters the value of that inventory through the opening balance. An inventory row on the list leads to the item’s card. The „Proknjiži sada“ (Post now) button retries everything on the list; a retry also happens with every synchronisation with SEF, the national e-invoicing system (received invoices). If a row remains, contact us through the contact page — we start the posting manually.
