Document history

Published 06/08/2026

At the bottom of every document page is the “History” section — a timeline of all the actions, with the user’s name and the exact time:

  • Created / Saved as a draft (and from which document it was made by conversion),
  • Issued — when the draft got its number,
  • Edited,
  • Sent by email — with all the recipient and copy addresses,
  • Sent to SEF / SEO (the national e-invoicing and e-delivery note systems) and status changes (approved, rejected, delivery confirmed…),
  • the customer’s confirmation on a credit note.

What it is for: when a colleague asks “was this proforma invoice sent to the customer?”, the answer is on the document — who, to whom and when. The same record also feeds the warning about duplicate sending in the email dialog.

The history is kept automatically and cannot be changed; the user’s name is remembered as it was at the moment of the action.
