Company settings
Updated 10/10/2026
The settings are divided into sections (sub-links in the menu):
Company (basic settings)
- Full legal name (the legal name, goes on documents) and brand name (shorter, for display).
- Address, postcode, city, country, phone, email, website.
- PIB (tax ID) and MB (company registration number) — required for e-invoices and e-delivery notes.
- Bank accounts — there can be several; one is the main one and is printed on documents.
- Logo — shown on PDF documents (and, if you wish, in the email signature).
- VAT switch — whether the company is VAT-registered (determines the calculation on documents).
- KPO switch — for flat-rate taxpayers: turns on the KPO ledger (the income ledger for flat-rate taxpayers).
All details can be changed at any time — but documents already issued keep the details frozen at the moment of issue.
E-invoices and e-delivery notes
The API key for e-invoices, the environment (demo/production), the eOtpremnica key and automatic fetching of received documents. In detail: E-invoices via SEF and E-delivery notes.
Numbering
Prefix, year in the number, number of digits and next number — per document type: Drafts and numbering.
Email signature
The signature text added to emails with documents + a switch for the logo in the signature.
Data export
All company data is yours and you can export it at any time, without asking support: Settings → Data. The export can be done by the Super admin and an Administrator.
Two options, as in other programmes:
- Everything in one ZIP — one XML file per module (company, partners, items and inventory, documents, received invoices, received delivery notes, bank statements, accounting, fixed assets, payroll, business trips, team, subscription) plus
FORMAT.txtdescribing the format. - By module — only the part you need, for example “Documents” or “Payroll” for your accountant.
The format is simple and readable: every XML has one <tabela> per table in the programme, and inside it one <red> per row with elements whose names are the same as the column names in the programme. Identifiers are preserved, so links are followed by them (line item → document → customer). Dates are in ISO form, amounts with a full stop as the decimal separator, boolean values true/false.
What is not in the export: the API keys for SEF and SEO (secrets are not exported), nor the files themselves — the PDFs of issued documents, attachments, work order signatures and the logo are downloaded individually on their own pages. Every export is recorded in the team history (who, when and which module), and the number of exports is limited to 30 an hour per company.
The export works even when the subscription has expired — the data remains yours. Format details and deleting the company or an account: Data export and deletion.
